Biden, in first call with Putin, presses on Navalny, treaty

President Joe Biden had his first call with Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, the White House and Kremlin said. US officials said Biden raised concerns about the arrest of opposition figure Alexei Navalny while pressing the Russian president on his nation's involvement in a massive cyberespionage campaign and bounties on American troops in Afghanistan.
